We are now at 37 weeks and Baby O is considered "to term." That means he's all ready to arrive at any time! Kim has her Doctor's appointments every week now. Last week the Baby Doc said that "the process has begun" (we'll spare you the details!)!

Kim is officially on maternity leave and doing a lot of nesting. She has packed the freezer with homemade frozen meals (she made salsbury steak, chicken tetrazzini, chicken and rice wraps, roast beef and seven heaping bowls of vegetable soup) so that when Baby O is born we can have easy and healthy meals. All food shopping has been done and we are ready for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. She's cleared out the kitchen cupboard to accommodate bottles and sippy cups, too. Bill has put the car seat bases in our cars and has rearranged furniture to accommodate Baby O's new Pack 'n Play, baby rocker/bouncer, exercise mat and swing. Baby O is spoiled already!

Kim is getting very uncomfortable these days! The belly is getting heavy and the exhaustion is setting in. She is definitely "waddling" around now! Baby O is moving around like a crazy man in there and we can see feet going from one end of the belly to the other. You can tell that the poor little guy is running out of room to move! Last night Kim and Bill went out to Dallas to eat dinner with Patsy, Tom and family and Baby O's cousins, Sammy and Tommy, were jumping around, hootin' and hollerin', and Baby O responded to the noise! He wants to come out and play!

It won't be long before we meet our son. It's hard to believe how quickly time goes by. It seems like we were just announcing the news of the pregnancy yesterday! If time goes by this fast, we'll be sending him off to college tomorrow! We are looking forward to being parents and entering this new chapter in our life.

We will enter the hospital as a "couple" and come home as a "family."
